Beside And A Little Ahead On The Requirements For The Counselor And its Preparation

Abstract. The author analyzes practice and own researches of training of leaders, reflects on features of professional activity of the modern leader, standard requirements to him, logic and forms of preparation for productive professional and pedagogical activity. The sequence of reflexive, valuable and projective phases of training of the leader is offered. Features of organizational such forms of education as school of the leader and instructive collecting are analyzed.
