Организация командной работы и сотрудничества педагогов в процессе подготовки учащихся к конкурсным программам
В статье рассмотрен опыт деятельности образовательной организации, направленный на активизацию познавательной деятельности обучающихся, формирование навыков исследовательской и проектной деятельности, воспитание приоритетов духовно-нравственной и экологический культуры, гражданской позиции. Результативность опыта подтверждается успешным представлением исследовательских и проектных работ обучающимися МБУДО «ДЭЦ» на республиканских этапах и в финале исследовательских конкурсных программ естественно-научной, туристско-краеведческой, научно-исследовательской направленности.

Abstract. In the article we considered an activity experience of the educational organization intended for popularization of students’ researching activity, creation of researching and projectmaking skills, training of moral and ecological cultural values, civil attitude. The effectiveness of this practice is proved with successful presentation of scientific researches and projects of the Municipal Budgetary Institution extra-curricular education «Children’s Ecological Center» of the municipal education, Yalta city district of the Republic of Crimea students in the republican stage and in the final of researching contest programs on natural science, tourism and scientific research activity.
