Формирование детского творческого коллектива в системе дополнительного образования
В статье анализируется процесс создания и развития детского творческого коллектива — мультстудии «ARTиCOOL14» (г. Калуга) в системе дополнительного образования, где синтезируются идеи советских педагогических практик и современные методики обучения и воспитания детей. Основное внимание уделяется педагогической технологии коллективных творческих дел (КТД) в условиях современной реальности. В качестве проекта рассмотрена акция «Циолковский», направленная на сплочение коллектива через совместное создание масштабного художественного панно в стиле русского авангарда 1920–1930-х гг.

Abstract. The article analyzes the process of creation and development of a children’s creative team — the studio “Artcool14” (Kaluga) in the system of additional education, which synthesizes the ideas of Soviet pedagogical practices and modern methods of teaching and upbringing children. The main focus is on the pedagogical technology of collective creative work (CTD) in the context of modern reality. The action “Tsiolkovsky” is considered as a project, aimed at uniting the team through the joint creation of a large-scale artistic panel in the style of the Russian avant-garde of the 20–30s.
