Межведомственное взаимодействие регионального модельного центра дополнительного образования по созданию школьных театров
В настоящей статье авторами — руководителями Регионального модельного центра дополнительного образования детей Саратовской области, предпринята попытка анализа взаимодействия регионального модельного центра с образовательными организациями, находящимися в ведении министерства образования, и учреждениями культуры и другими социальными партнёрами в рамках указанного профиля. На основании проделанной в последние годы работы по внедрению в регионе Целевой модели развития региональных систем дополнительного образования детей авторы разбирают управленческие и организационные механизмы по развитию школьных театров в регионе, затрагивают вопросы методического сопровождения процесса, при этом не только подчёркивая поступательное движение по вовлечению и интеграции организаций и детей в процесс, но и намечая перспективы развития, возникающие проблемы и пути их решения. Отдельно авторы обозначают роль региональных ресурсных центров в развитии художественной направленности дополнительного образования, а также роль отдельных проектов (например, образовательный проект «Волонтёры на сцену»), реализация которых способствует формированию базы методических, педагогических материалов, театральных тренингов для развития школьных театров.
Представленный опыт работы специалистов регионального модельного центра дополнительного образования детей может быть использован аналогичными структурами в других регионах, а также специалистами и методистами профильных организаций.

Abstract: In this article the authors as heads of the Regional Model Center for additional education of children of the Saratov region (hereinafter — «the Center») try to analyze the cooperation of the Center with educational organizations governed the Ministry of Education, cultural institutions and other social partners with regard to the specified field. The authors discuss managerial and organizational mechanisms for the development of school theaters in the region and touch upon the methodological support of the processes based on the recent work at implementing the Target Model for Development of Regional Systems of children supplementary education in the region. The authors not only emphasize the progression towards involving organizations and children in the process, but also outline development prospects, rising problems and possible solutions. The authors separately empasize the roles of regional resource centers and individual projects (e.g. «Volunteers on the Stage») in evolving artistic dimension of supplementary education and contribution to methodological, pedagogical databases, as well as theatrical trainings for the evolution of school theaters.
The experience of the Center presented in the artcile can be applied to similar structures in other regions or can be used by other specialists with relevant expertise.
