Выявление эффективных способов преодоления фрагментарности воспитательной работы школы, распространённой в современных образовательных организациях. Изучение способов системной организации воспитания в школе и управляемого системного развития самой школы как воспитывающей организации. Попытка рассмотреть два уровня системности воспитания и описать суть феноменов «система воспитательной работы школы» и «школа как воспитательная система».

To the question of the system organization of school education

Abstract. At all times the pedagogy science faced the task to search and find effective mechanisms of upbringing. The solving of this task is impossible without revealing effective ways of overcoming the fragmentary character of the upbringing activities held at school. And here it is of a crucial importance to study not only the ways of the system organization of upbringing at school, but as well the ways of the managed system development of the school itself as the social educational institution. This article makes an attempt to consider these two levels of consistency of upbringing and describe the essence of the phenomena of “the system of upbringing activities at school” and “the school as the upbringing system”.
