Программа предложенной методики диагностики включает сценарии четырёх психологических занятий, цель которых — помочь подросткам осознать свои профессиональные мотивы, потребности, жизненные ценности. Вести занятия могут как психологи, так и классные руководители, специалисты, ответственные за профориентационную работу.

Motives and needs of abolescents: from diagnosis to development

Rezapkina, Developing Center of Educational Psychological Service of the Federal Institute for Educational Development and the Center for Applied Psychology in the Academy of Social Management, a senior fellow, a specialist in the field of self-determination of youth, proffesional diagnosis and professional selection.

The application of the proposed methods of diagnosis includes four scenarios of psychological lessons, their purpose — is helping young people to realize their professional motives, necesseties, and values of life. The lessons could be conducted by both psychologists and class teachers, who are responsible for careerguidance.
