Аннотация.Технологическое обеспечение индивидуализации образовательного отдыха детей организационным дизайном смены и определяемым полем взаимодействия для установки интеллектуальных контактов детей со сходными и различными интересами, кураторская работа над становлением и развитием детского общества. Пример детского лагеря «Гагаринский» Свердловской области, где ведётся поиск педагогических условий эффективности организационного дизайна.

Organizational Design Of A Session In A Children’s Summer Camp

Abstract. Individualization of children’s educational recreation is technologically provided by the organizational design of the camp’s session. Such a design means, first of all, the choice of the organizational form of the session, and secondly, the identification of the sphere of children’s interaction. In this sense it is important what kind of meetings are proposed in the summer camp, which structures help children with similar and different interests to establish intellectual contacts, how to supervise the processes of formation and development of children’s society. The article examines how the children’s camp «Gagarinsky» in the Sverdlovsk region is searching for pedagogical conditions for the effectiveness of organizational design.
