Abstract. The beginning of the XXI century was the starting point of large-scale changes in the sphere of education in Russia. The analysis carried out in the article shows that currently at the level of school education there are a number of problems that can be solved, based on the laws of synergy. We have considered the effect of synergetic laws in the education system, analyzing archival materials, legislative acts, regulations of the Russian Federation in the field of education over the past decades.
