Анализ состояния нормативных оснований деятельности психологической службы системы образования РФ в контексте утвержденных и планируемых документов, разработанных Министерством образования и науки РФ и подготовленных новым Министерством просвещения. Соотношение содержания этих документов с ФГОС и стандартами профессиональной деятельности, накопленным опытом в работе психологической службы системы образования РФ. Прогноз возможных последствий нормативных инноваций для Службы и её специалистов. Экспертиза профессиональной деятельности.

Normative «Innovations» And Practical Psychology Of Education: The Threat Of Loss Of The Subject Content Of Professional Activity

Abstract. An analysis is made of the state of the regulatory basis for the activities of the psychological service of the education system of the Russian Federation in the context of approved and planned documents developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and prepared by the new Ministry of Education. Attention is paid to how the content of these documents correlates with the GEF and the standards of professional activity, with the experience accumulated in the work of the psychological service of the educational system of the Russian Federation. The forecast of possible consequences of these regulatory innovations for the Service and all its specialists is given. It is proposed to unite all professionals who are directly related to the practice and considerable experience of rule-making in this area in order to ensure the development of the Service, the development of professional expertise issues, which is scientifically based and based on the accumulated positive domestic experience in practice.
