Abstract: A person's personality develops in communication, during interaction with peers, in a joint decision socially-significant tasks. The search for socially significant goals is associated with formation of a system of values. If the study group has a common in the value orientations of students, the search for socially significant goals it is carried out more effectively. A new system of educational work aimed at solving the problems of human education and citizen, based on the individuality of the child and social a living organism is a collective, developed by A. S. Makarenko. It was a new step in the development of the theory and practice of education. Urgency this approach remains today.
