О педагогической одарённости школьных учителей
В СТАТЬЕ КОНСТАТИРУЕТСЯ, ЧТО ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКАЯ ОДАРЁННОСТЬ ПОНИМАЕТСЯ ПО-РАЗНОМУ В НАУКЕ, В ШКОЛЬНОЙ СРЕДЕ И В УПРАВЛЕНЧЕСКИХ СТРУКТУРАХ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ. В СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКУЮ ОДАРЁННОСТЬ ПОНИМАЮТ КАК СПОСОБНОСТЬ РАБОТАТЬ С ДЕТЬМИ (УДЕРЖИВАТЬ ДИСЦИПЛИНУ, ПОДДЕРЖИВАТЬ ВНИМАНИЕ, МОТИВАЦИЮ, ОБЕСПЕЧИВАТЬ УСВОЕНИЕ ЗНАНИЙ). УСТАНОВЛЕНО, ЧТО ТАКОЙ ОДАРЁННОСТЬЮ ОБЛАДАЮТ НЕ ВСЕ ШКОЛЬНЫЕ УЧИТЕЛЯ: У ОДНИХ НАБЛЮДАЮТСЯ ТОЛЬКО ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЕ СПОСОБНОСТИ, У ДРУГИХ — ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКАЯ ОДАРЁННОСТЬ, У ТРЕТЬИХ — ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЙ ТАЛАНТ. ПРЕДЛАГАЕТСЯ УЧИТЫВАТЬ ЭТО ПРИ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ СИСТЕМЫ НЕПРЕРЫВНОГО ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ.

ABOUT THE PEDAGOGICAL GIFTEDNESS OF SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract. The article states that pedagogical giftedness is understood differently in science, in the school environment and in the management structures of education. In modern educational practice, pedagogical giftedness is understood as the ability to work with children (to maintain discipline, maintain attention, motivation, ensure the assimilation of knowledge). It has been established that not all school teachers have such giftedness: some have only pedagogical abilities, others have pedagogical giftedness, and others have pedagogical talent. It is proposed to take this into account when organizing a system of continuing professional education.
