В СТАТЬЕ ИССЛЕДУЕТСЯ ПРОБЛЕМА РАСКРЫТИЯ ЛИЧНОСТНОГО ПОТЕНЦИАЛА УЧАЩИХСЯ В ХОДЕ ВОСПИТАТЕЛЬНОЙ ВНЕУРОЧНОЙ РАБОТЫ В ШКОЛЕ. ОБСУЖДАЮТСЯ РЕСУРСЫ ТАКОЙ ФОРМЫ ВОСПИТАТЕЛЬНОЙ ПРАКТИКИ, КАК КЛАССНЫЙ ЧАС. ПРЕДЛОЖЕНА ТЕХНОЛОГИЯ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ КЛАССНОГО ЧАСА НА ОСНОВЕ СИСТЕМНО-ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТНОГО И КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТНОГО ПОДХОДОВ. ПОКАЗАНЫ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ДАННОЙ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ КЛАССНЫХ ЧАСОВ ДЛЯ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ ИНТЕРАКТИВНОГО ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ, ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ГРУППОВОГО МНЕНИЯ В СОЧЕТАНИИ С УЧЁТОМ ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНЫХ МНЕНИЙ И ПОЗИЦИЙ ЧЛЕНОВ КЛАССНОГО КОЛЛЕКТИВА.

DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL POTENTIAL OF SCHOOLCHILDREN DURING THEMATIC CLASS HOURS

Abstract. The article raises the problem of revealing the personal potential of students in the course of educational extracurricular work at school. The resources of such a form of educational practice as a class hour are discussed. The technology of conducting a class hour based on a system-activity and competence approach is proposed. The possibilities of this technology of classroom hours are shown to increase interactive interaction, the formation of a group opinion in combination with taking into account individual opinions and positions of members of the class collective.
