READER'S LITERACY AS THE MODUS VIVENDI OF A MODERN TEACHER: THE VECTOR OF MOVEMENT FROM NORMATIVE TO OUTSTANDING

Abstract. The article outlines the range of shortcomings of the domestic system of additional vocational education and the existing deficits of teachers' reading literacy. The analysis of the situation is presented and the points of growth are identified that allow leveling potential problems and eliminating the difficulties of a modern teacher in the development of reading literacy.
