Abstract. The purpose of the study is related to the definition of pedagogical conditions for the technologization of continuing education (in the context of the correlation of forms and means of interaction of subjects of education). The study analyzes to what extent methodological and technological approaches (that is, methods and techniques of influence and interaction) are expressed in the system of pre-school, primary, secondary, higher and postgraduate education. It is established that the interaction of the subjects of education, characteristic of the technological approach, should be combined with various forms of influence. This ratio should be determined by age, digital, practice-oriented factors.
