Abstract. Since the twentieth century, the development of functional literacy of students has been an urgent goal of general education. The main condition for its formation is the deepening of conceptual thinking, both a student and a teacher. The article examines how the creation of a special educational environment at school, which serves to strengthen partnerships within the teaching staff and reduce unproductive competition in it, should help in this.
