ЭТА РАЗРАБОТКА БЫЛА ВОСТРЕБОВАНА ПРИ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ПРОЕКТА МИНИСТЕРСТВА ПРОСВЕЩЕНИЯ РФ ПО СОЗДАНИЮ ЦЕНТРОВ ПОДГОТОВКИ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ РУССКОГО ЯЗЫКА В ПОСТСОВЕТСКИХ РЕСПУБЛИКАХ И ВЗЯТА ЗА ОСНОВУ ПРИ СОЗДАНИИ ТАКОГО ЦЕНТРА В ТАШКЕНТЕ. ИМЕННО ТОГДА ДЛЯ ПЕДАГОГОВ РУССКОГО ЯЗЫКА СРЕДНЕАЗИАТСКОГО РЕГИОНА ФОНДОМ «ПРОСВЕТИТЕЛЬ» ПОД РУКОВОДСТВОМ МИТРОПОЛИТА ТАШКЕНТСКОГО И УЗБЕКИСТАНСКОГО ВИКЕНТИЯ (МОРАРЯ) ОТДЕЛЬНОЙ БРОШЮРОЙ БЫЛИ ИЗДАНЫ МЕТОДИЧЕСКИЕ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ ПО ОБУЧЕНИЮ ГРАМОТНОМУ РУССКОМУ ПИСЬМУ ДЕТЕЙ С НЕРОДНЫМ РУССКИМ ЯЗЫКОМ. ТИРАЖ БЫЛ РАСПРОСТРАНЁН В РЕСПУБЛИКАХ УЗБЕКИСТАН, ТАДЖИКИСТАН, КЫРГЫЗСТАН И КАЗАХСТАН. ЧИТАТЕЛЬ В РОССИИ МАЛО ЗНАКОМ С ЭТОЙ РАЗРАБОТКОЙ.

HOW TO TEACH COMPETENT RUSSIAN WRITING STUDENTS WITH A NON-NATIVE RUSSIAN (PART ONE)

Abstract. Russian Russian is not a native language for children of primary school age (State registration number at the Center for Information Technologies and Systems of Executive Authorities (citis): 1201282783, 2012).In 2012, under the scientific supervision of Alexey Mikhailovich Kushnir, a research project was carried out «Development of methodological foundations and technological model of teaching writing in Russian to children of primary school age for whom Russian is not their native language» (State registration number at the Center for Information Technologies and Systems of Executive Authorities (citis): 1201282783, 2012). The project was developed for the national schools of Russia. Fragments of this project were partially published in the Russian journals «Pedagogical Technologies», «The World of the Russian Word», as well as in the journals of Bulgaria, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan. In 2019, this development was in demand during the implementation of the project of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation on the creation of training centers for teachers of the Russian language in the post-Soviet republics and was taken as a basis for the creation of such a center in Tashkent. Russian teachers of the Central Asian region were then given methodological recommendations for teaching literate Russian writing to children with a non-native Russian language by the «Enlightener»Foundation under the leadership of Metropolitan Vikenty (Morar) of Tashkent and Uzbekistan in a separate brochure. The circulation was distributed in the republics of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. The reader in Russia is little familiar with this development.
