Аннотация. Одна из главных задач конструирования базисной модели цифрового учебника для предметного обучения и информационно-методической подготовки учителей, которая состоит в том, чтобы обеспечить учебнику высокий когнитивно-креативный потенциал. Решение проблемы теоретико-методологическогои технологического обоснования структуры и свойств учебника, а также сопутствующей цифровой интерактивной среды. Понятие «когнитивно-креативный потенциал учебника» как интегральная характеристика его свойства, состоящего в обеспечении условий для умственного развития учащихся. Модель сетевого педагогического эксперимента, что является актуальной проблемой в сфере глобализации удалённого обучения. Непротиворечивость новой формы эксперимента по отношению к традиционной методике педагогического эксперимента.

The basic model and the cognitive-creative potential of the new digital textbook

Abstract. The article describes one of the main tasks of constructing a digital model of a textbook for subject-based learning and information and methodological training of teachers, which is to provide the textbook with a high cognitive and creative potential. A solution to the problem of theoretical, methodological and technological justification of the structure and properties of the textbook, as well as the accompanying digital interactive environment, is proposed. The article substantiates the introduction of the concept of «cognitive-creative potential of the textbook» as an integral characteristic of its property, which consists in providing conditions for the mental development of students. A model of a network pedagogical experiment is presented, which is an actual problem in the field of globalization of remote learning. Approbation of a new form of experiment, which shows consistency in relation to the traditional method of pedagogical experiment.
