Аннотация. В статье представлены военно-педагогические размышления авторов относительно патриотизма как фактора, влияющего на ход и исход войны, достижение победы в боевых действиях. Историческим фоном для авторского повествования служит битва за Париж, развернувшаяся на заключительном этапе бурной эпохи наполеоновских войн в 1814 г. Авторы представляют своё собственное видение классических вопросов стратегии и тактики, соотношения войны и политики, отношений между политиками и полководцами. Данная статья не является историческим исследованием в строгом смысле этого слова, её нельзя рассматривать как разработку по тактике или стратегии. Авторы стремятся представить военно-исторический материал, представляющий несомненный военно-профессиональный интерес, в педагогической трактовке, адаптированной для восприятия аудиторией современных российских курсантов.

Abstract. The article presents the authors ‘ military-pedagogical reflections on patriotism as a factor that affects

the course and outcome of the war and the achievement of victory in combat. The historical background for the author’s narrative is the battle for Paris, which unfolded at the final stage of the turbulent era of the Napoleonic wars in 1814. the Authors present their own vision of the classic issues of strategy and tactics, the relationship between war and politics, and the relationship between politicians and generals. This article is not a historical study in the strict sense of the word, it can not be considered as a development of tactics or strategy. The authors aim to present military-historical material of undoubted military-professional interest in a pedagogical interpretation adapted for the audience’s perception of modern Russian cadets.
