Компетентностное обучение в контексте сравнительной педагогики
Аннотация. В статье рассмотрены вопросы моделирования педагогических процессов в аспекте положений компетентностного подхода. Представлены виды педагогического моделирования, описана процедура моделирования интегральной компетентности педагога. Технология открытого образования представлена своим вариантом технологии образования в открытом информационном сообществе (ТОГИС) через аутентичное обучение и продуктивный диалог участников образования. Проведён анализ работы образовательной системы США на основе знаний, полученных в ходе сотрудничества с Калифорнийским университетом.

Abstract. The article deals with the issues of modeling pedagogical processes in the aspect of the provisions of the competence approach. The types of pedagogical modeling are presented, and the procedure for modeling the integral competence of a teacher is described. Open education technology is represented by its own version of education technology in the open information community (TOGIS) through authentic learning and productive dialogue of education participants. The analysis of the work of the us educational system is based on the knowledge obtained in the course of cooperation with the University of California.
