Abstract. Today’s world wide web is the world’s largest repository of information. But this is not a regular repository of offline books or magazines, arranged alphabetically or by any category. The design of the Web involves organizing information in the form of hypertext, which combines Autonomous sources into a single space. It turns out that a single space has many different authors and, accordingly, different points of view on the same problems. Hypertext readers who click on links may encounter opposing views or incompetent opinions, or unreliable facts, or hidden advertising and other things that lead to a logical dead end or form a wrong idea of reality. The article is devoted to the problems of the Web device and the search for their solutions.
