Доступность качественного образования для всех как мировая тенденция в общем образовании
Аннотация. В исследовании представлена основная мировая тенденция развития общего образования — доступность качественного образования для всех. Тенденция выявлена на основании анализа международных и национальных документов в сфере образования, который также позволил определить основные направления реализации данной тенденции (разнообразие типов и видов общеобразовательных учреждений, географическая доступность образования, включение детей с особенностями развития и социальными проблемами в общий учебный процесс и т.д.).

THE AVAILABILITY OF QUALITY EDUCATION FOR ALL AS A GLOBAL TREND IN GENERAL EDUCATION

Annotation. The study presents the main tendency of development of general education — access to quality education for all. The trend identified on the basis of analysis of international and national documents in the field of education, which also allowed to determine the main directions of realization of this trend (a variety of types and types of educational institutions and the geographical accessibility of education, inclusion of children with special needs and social problems in general uchebnymi, etc.).
