Выявление и устранение индивидуальных дефицитов учащихся при подготовке к итоговой аттестации
В статье рассматривается сквозной тематический мониторинг (в виде вертикальных тематических работ) как средство выявления индивидуальных дефицитов в знаниях учащихся, приём построения индивидуальных учебных планов учащихся по их ликвидации.

Identification and elimination of individual students deficits to prepare for the final examination

The article deals with cross-cutting thematic monitoring (in the form of vertical thematic works) as the means to identify individual deficiencies in students knowledge, method of constructing individual educational plans for students to eliminate them.
