Пять тезисов к проблеме модернизации процесса обучения иностранному языку в школе
Процесс обучения иностранному языку обладает важными специфическими чертами, без учёта которых невозможно достижение его положительных результатов. Степень владения языком определяется не объёмом словарного запаса и заученностью грамматического материала, а уровнем развития навыков и умений, позволяющих использовать эти языковые знания для участия в коммуникации. В данной статье хотелось бы озвучить несколько тезисов, характеризующих проблемы модернизации иноязычного образования в школе и предлагающих пути их решения.

Five Theses to the problem of modernization process of learning at foreign language at school

The process teaching foreign language has important specific features, without which it is impossible to achieve positive results. The degree of proficiency is determined not by the volume of vocabulary and grammar material memorized, and the development skill and abilities level for using these language skills to participate in communication. In this article I would like to voice a few theses that characterize the problems of teaching foreign language modernization at school and offering the ways of solutions.
