В работе рассматривается содержание понятия «учебно-научная инновационная среда» под углом зрения её структуры и функций. Показаны предпосылки становления инновационной среды в современном образовательном институте и связь её с приоритетами общества, «работающего» на знаниях. Особо акцентирован генеративный характер инновационной среды, соответствующий исследовательским формам познания, который принципиально отличает её от традиционной адаптивной. Представлены конструктивные компоненты инновационной среды, которые предназначены для технологизации и материализации знаний.

The Innovation Environment: Structure and Functions

The content of educational and research innovation environment concept from the standpoint of its structure and functions is considered in this article. The preconditions of innovation environment formation in a modern educational institution and its relations with the priorities of the «knowledge-actuated» society are shown. The main emphasis has been made on the innovation environment generative character that corresponds to the research forms of cognition, and distinguishes it from the traditional adaptive environment. The structural components of innovation environment are described, which are intended for technical realization and commodification of knowledge.
