Вышла книга Э.Д. Днепрова «Новейшая политическая история российского образования». Она написана одним из главных реформаторов образования, бывшим министром, видящим ситуацию управления образованием изнутри. Книга крайне интересна и очень полемична. Вот как определяет её автор один из итогов двадцатилетних реформ: «Реформирование образования — это бесценный продукт усилий образовательного сообщества, обеспечивших как выживание отечественного образования <…>, так и последующее динамичное его саморазвитие»1. Между тем мне и большинству моих коллег при размышлении об итогах реформы чаще приходит на ум слово «катастрофа». Что ж, кому катастрофа, а кому — «динамичное саморазвитие». Не в этом дело.

To the question of continuing education

The book of E.D. Dneprov «The newest political history of Russian education» was published. It is written by one of the main reformers of education, ex-minister, seeing the situation of education management on inside. The book is very interesting and polemical. This is how the author of twenty-year results reform describes it: «Educational reforming — is a priceless product of educational community efforts that ensured the survival of both domestic education <...>, and follow dynamic self-development of it» 1. Meanwhile, thinking about the reform results, most of my colleagues remember the word “disaster». Well, for whom it is a disaster, and for whom — is a «dynamic self-development.» There is not in this case.
