Специфика городской коммуникации в условиях полиэтнической языковой среды
Статья посвящена исследованию проблем, связанных с языковой ситуацией, сложившейся в том или ином субъекте Российской Федерации, включающей такие важные составляющие, как многонациональность и полилингвизм. Для решения данных проблем рассматриваются языковые контакты этносов, проживающих в городах России с полиэтническим составом населения, как социолингвистический и социокультурный феномен проявления двуязычия. Выявлены факты различных типов двуязычия в городской среде российских регионов с полиэтническим составом населения. Также охарактеризованы условия ориентации в таких городах на русский и национальный (в частности, калмыцкий) языки.
На примере речевых стратегий и тактик по оси «город–село» проанализирована языковая ситуация в Республике Калмыкия.

SPECIFICITI OF URBAN COMMUNICATION IN MULTIETHNIC LINGVISTIC ENVIRONMENT

The article is devoted to the study of problems related to the linguistic situation that has developed in a particular constituent entity of the Russian Federation, which includes such important components as multinationality and polylingualism. To solve these problems, the linguistic contacts of ethnic groups living in cities of Russia with a multiethnic composition of the population are considered as a sociolinguistic and sociocultural phenomenon of bilingualism. The facts of various types of bilingualism in the urban environment of Russian regions with a multi-ethnic composition of the population are revealed. The conditions of orientation in such cities to Russian and national (in particular, Kalmyk) languages are also characterized. The language situation in the Republic of Kalmykia is analyzed using the example of speech strategies and tactics along the "city-village" axis.
