Обзор посвящён анализу особенностей речи детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра (РАС) и определению акустических характеристик речевого сигнала, которые в совокупности могут быть использованы в качестве диагностического критерия РАС. В обзоре рассматриваются разные подходы к изучению речи информантов с РАС, сходство и противоречивость полученных исследователями данных, касающихся разных уровней организации речи. Проводится сравнение речевого развития детей с РАС и умственной отсталостью (УО), т.к. эти два нарушения развития часто сопровождают друг друга и имеют сходную картину нарушения речи. На основе данных о наличии определённого сходства в речевых нарушениях детей с УО и РАС сделано заключение о нецелесообразности рассмотрения вербального компонента речи в качестве различительного признака заболеваний. Обосновывается использование методов инструментальной оценки параметров голоса и речи. Предлагается совокупность акустических характеристик голоса и спектральных характеристик речевого сигнала, которые могут являться биомаркером аутизма. В заключение мы ставим ряд вопросов, связанных с внедрением метода оценки состояния по характеристикам голоса в медицинскую практику.

Abstracts. The review is devoted to the analysis of speech features of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The combination of Acoustic features of the can be used as a diagnostic criterion of ASD are defned. This review considers different approaches to the study of ASD informant’s speech. Similar and contradictory data obtained by researchers concerning the various levels of speech organization are discussed. The speech development of children with ASD and mental retardation (MR) is compared, because these two developmental disorders often accompany each other and have a similar picture of speech impairments. Based on the data about similarities in speech disorders of children with MR and ASD, the inadvisability of considering the verbal component of speech as a distinctive feature of diseases is concluded. We suggest alternative method based on the instrumental analysis of voice and speech features. The set of acoustic characteristics of the voice and spectral features of the speech is proposed as bio marker of autism. In conclusion, we pose the question about implementation of the method of the voice features assessment in medical practice.
