Развитие эмоционального интеллекта школьников
В статье рассмотрено развитие эмоционального интеллекта, способного снизить конфликтность в школе, превратив её в территорию согласия и позитивных преобразований. Автор считает, что развитие эмоционального интеллекта очень важно также для молодого педагога, так как это инструмент, позволяющий ему избежать стрессов, эмоциональных перегрузок, профессионального выгорания.

Abstract. The article considers the development of emotional intelligence capable of reducing conflict in school, turning it into a territory of consent and positive transformations. The author believes that the development of emotional intelligence is also very important for a young teacher, as it is a tool that allows him to avoid stress, emotional overload, and professional burnout.
