Одной из актуальных проблем современного российского общества является повышение конкурентоспособности выпускников вузов с инвалидностью на рынке труда. Выпускники вузов с инвалидностью в связи с ограниченностью своих возможностей испытывают трудности в трудоустройстве и нуждаются в поддержке. Дополнительное образование может стать одной из составляющих поддержки студентов с инвалидностью в процессе обучения в вузе. Дополнительное образование позволит подготовить выпускников с инвалидностью к трудоустройству и повысить их мобильность в условиях постоянных изменений требований на рынке труда.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADDITIONAL EDUCATION IN IMPROVING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF UNIVERSITY GRADUATES WITH DISABILITIES

Abstract. One of the urgent problems of modern Russian society is to increase the competitiveness of university graduates with disabilities in the labor market. University graduates with disabilities, due to their limited opportunities, have difficulties in finding employment and need support. Additional education can become one of the components of supporting students with disabilities in the process of studying at a university. Additional education will prepare graduates with disabilities for employment and increase their mobility in the face of constant changes in the requirements of the labor market.
