В статье рассматриваются концептуальные основы событийного пространства образовательной организации, обозначаются необходимость и значимость его концептуализации. Авторами сделан краткий анализ ряда научных работ российских и зарубежных учёных, связанных с событийным форматом организации образовательной деятельности. Акцент сделан на конструкты «событие» и «пространство». Исследование понятийного поля в аспекте событийности позволили авторам определить сущностную характеристику и основные признаки событийного пространства. Методологической основой формирования событийного пространства называется событийный подход, в рамках которого дидактической единицей создания событийного пространства является со-бытиЕ. В статье названы параметры и принципы событийности, способы, формы, технология проектирования события. Авторы статьи представляют логику, этапную структуру, алгоритм разработки и реализации события в контексте проектной технологии. В заключение авторы называют событийный формат организации образования стратегией будущего российского образования, предлагают некоторые рекомендации руководителю образовательной организации по управлению формированием событийного образовательного пространства, как следствие, определению стратегии развития образовательной организации и ориентиров эффективного управления образовательной организацией.

CONCEPTUAL FOUNDATIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF THE EVENT SPACE OF A GENERAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL POLICY

Abstract. The article discusses the conceptual foundations of the event space of an educational organization, indicates the need and significance of its conceptualization. The authors made a brief analysis of a number of scientific works by Russian and foreign scientists related to the event format of the organization of educational activities. The emphasis is on the constructs “event” and “space”. The study of the conceptual field in the aspect of eventfulness allowed the authors to determine the essential characteristics and main features of the event space. The methodological basis for the formation of the event space is called the event approach, within which the didactic unit of creating the event space is co-existence. The article names the parameters and principles of eventfulness, methods, forms, technology of event design. The authors of the article present the logic, stage structure, algorithm for the development and implementation of the event in the context of the design technology. In conclusion, the authors call the event format of the organization of education a strategy for the future of Russian education, offer some recommendations to the head of an educational organization on managing the formation of an event space.
