Вызовы цифровой экономики и цифровая трансформация образования
В статье рассмотрена связь изменений в экономической сфере общества с образованием, в частности четвёртая промышленная революция и современные реформы образования. Даны общие контуры корреляции цифровой экономики и цифровой трансформации в образовании. Обоснована задача перехода от внедрения цифровых технологий к цифровой трансформации образования. Поставлена проблема цифрового разрыва как неравномерного распределения цифровых ресурсов. Описана система цифровой трансформации образования: новые цели обучения; обновление содержания; персонализированно-результативная организация обучения; преобразование пространства и способов проведения учебной работы; обновление регламентов работы образовательной организации. Даны характеристики цифровой образовательной среды.

CHALLENGES OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION

Abstract. The article examines the relationship of changes in the economic sphere of society with education, in particular the Fourth Industrial Revolution and modern education reforms. The general contours of the correlation of the digital economy and digital transformation in education are given. The task of transition from the introduction of digital technologies to the digital transformation of education is substantiated. The problem of the digital divide as an uneven distribution of digital resources is posed. The system of digital transformation of education is described: new learning goals; updating the content; personalized and effective organization of training; transformation of the space and methods of conducting educational work; updating the regulations of the educational organization. The characteristics of the digital educational environment are given.
