В статье представлено аналитическое обобщение основных направлений цифровой трансформации образовательного процесса в высшей школе, включая формирование интегрированной среды, развитие онлайн-образования, использование отечественных и зарубежных цифровых платформ, инновационных образовательных компонентов, переподготовку и повышение квалификации ППС применительно к цифровым форматам процесса обучения. Дано определение цифровой трансформации образовательного процесса как креативной системы отношений между его участниками и стейкхолдерами. Показаны результаты разработки и внедрения в процесс обучения современных информационных технологий и соответствующих им коммуникационных устройств. Продемонстрирована модель «цифрового университета» как совокупности нормативных требований, предъявляемых к цифровой среде вуза.

MODEL OF THE «DIGITAL UNIVERSITY»

Abstract. The article presents an analytical generalization of the main directions of digital transformation of the educational process in higher education, including the formation of an integrated environment, the development of online education, the use of domestic and foreign digital platforms, innovative educational components, retraining and advanced training of teaching staff in relation to digital formats of the learning process. The definition of the digital transformation of the educational process as a creative system of relations between its participants and stakeholders is given. The results of the development and implementation of modern information technologies and corresponding communication devices in the learning process are shown. The model of the “digital university” as a set of regulatory requirements for the digital environment of the university is demonstrated.
