Abstract: What should the pedagogical council be like? How long should it last? The schedule of performances? Who is the presenter? What tasks are we solving?.. The general meeting of the school’s teaching team at the end or on the eve of the school year is a programmatic event that has lasting significance and value. Its nature and content, as well as the form (or formality) of its conduct, lay their foundation in the quality of teachers’ work in the coming period. Is it not necessary here to include mechanisms for professional development and regulate the pedagogical council in accordance with modern, very diverse requests? We suggest that you seriously (or not at all) reflect on this topic.
