Производственное наставничество в коммуне им. Ф. Э. Дзержинского — первооснова технологической подготовки школьников
Результаты историко-педагогического исследования организации производственного наставничества в трудовой коммуне им. Ф. Э. Дзержинского в процессе освоения новых производственных технологий в период индустриализации в СССР. Развитие технологической культуры школьников в условиях цифровой трансформации экономики и сферы образования. Внедрение различных форм наставничества в рамках системы непрерывной предпрофильной технологической подготовки при широком применении ключевых образовательных технологий и форм организации дополнительного образования, применявшихся А. С. Макаренко в системе производственного наставничества в коммуне им. Ф. Э. Дзержинского.

Industrial Mentoring In The F. E. Dzerzhinsky Commune Is The Fundamental Principle Of Technological Training Of Schoolchildren

Abstract: The article presents the results of a historical and pedagogical study of the organization of industrial mentoring in the F. E. Dzerzhinsky labor commune in the process of mastering new production technologies during the period of industrialization in the USSR. The thesis is substantiated that the development of technological culture of schoolchildren in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy and the field of education can be methodologically implemented on the basis of the introduction of various forms of mentoring within the framework of a system of continuous pre-professional technological training with the widespread introduction of key educational technologies and forms of additional education used by A. S. Makarenko in the system of industrial mentoring in the commune named after F. E. Dzerzhinsky.
