A Program-Oriented Way Of Organizing Management In Educational Systems

Abstract: The experience of using program-oriented management of domestic educational systems is presented from a generalizing point of view. The main emphasis is placed on the versatility of the activities of managers, the criteria for selection, design, design and implementation of a system of creating enriching conditions for the formation of organizational culture, a professionally organized style of interaction, a system of scientific and practical labor organization (NPOT) of the staff of an educational organization.
