Abstract: The article is devoted to the organization of a competition of professional skills of counselors of children’s health camps. The author analyzes the documents of the championship of professional skills “Professionals” on the competence of “Leadership activity”, shows the shortcomings and contradictions in the competitive tasks and their expert assessment.
