В статье рассматривается состояние современной школы в ракурсе проблематики управления учебным и воспитательным процессами. Деятельность школы как института легализации и утверждения в новых поколениях парадигм, имеющих развитие в данном культурно-историческом сообществе, направляется волей, разумом и чувствами, сконцентрированными в руководителе школы, то есть в лице директора. Показано, что отсутствие государственной идеологии не позволяет директору полноценно исполнять миссию проведения государственной политики в сфере образования. Утверждается необходимость пересмотра произведённых реформ и возрождения традиционной духовно-нравственной основы в идеологическом содержании обучения и воспитания.

The Headmaster Is An Ideologist Without An Ideology

Abstract: The article examines the state of modern schools from the perspective of the problems of management of educational and educational processes. The activity of the school as an institution of legalization and approval in new generations of paradigms that have developed in this cultural and historical community is guided by the will, reason and feelings concentrated in the head of the school, that is, in the person of the director. It is shown that the absence of a state ideology does not allow the director to fully fulfill the mission of conducting state policy in the field of education. The necessity of reviewing the reforms carried out and reviving the traditional spiritual and moral basis in the ideological content of education and upbringing is argued.
