Школьное инициативное бюджетирование как действенный инструмент в решении воспитательных задач и в понимании механизмов формирования ценностных ориентаций школьника в детско-взрослом сообществе. Опыт внедрения этой социальной технологии в когалымской школе № 7: возможности новой практики, трудности и успехи, примеры педагогической импровизации.

Внедрение в школах нашей страны социальной технологии школьного инициативного бюджетирования создало множество социально-педагогических прецедентов. Какие-то из них возникли совершенно стихийно, другие — во многом оформились стараниями педагогов. Истории из опыта когалымской школы, рассказанные А. А. Овсянниковым, раскрывают возможности этой новой практики, представляют замечательные примеры педагогической импровизации. Рефлексия этих кейсов будет полезна руководителям школ, учителям, представителям органов управления образованием.

Abstract: The introduction of the social technology of school initiative budgeting in the schools of our country has created many socio-pedagogical precedents. Some of them arose completely spontaneously, others were largely shaped by the efforts of teachers. Stories from the experience of the Kogalym school, narrated by A. A. Ovsyannikov, reveal the possibilities of this new practice, present remarkable examples of pedagogical improvisation. The reflection of these cases will be useful for school leaders, teachers, representatives of educational authorities.
