Training Of School Principals' Advisors On Education And Interaction With Children's Public Associations At The Artek Sports Center: Traditions, Experience, Prospects

Abstract: The article describes the socio-historical and pedagogical prerequisites for the training of advisers to school principals on education and interaction with children’s public associations for the domestic system of basic general education on the basis of the MDC “Artek”. The content and technological features of the training program are briefly described, and the experience and results of the pilot project implementation at the Artek MDC in 2021–2022 are presented.
