The demise of the Federal List of School Textbooks

Abstract: The article talks about the transformation of the Federal List of school textbooks into the List of books of the monopolist in the market of school textbooks — the group of companies “Enlightenment” and about the actual monopolization of the content of Russian general education by a private structure.
