Понятие партисипаторного бюджетирования. Переформатирование технологии школьного инициативного бюджетирования в технологию воспитания. Алгоритм школьного инициативного бюджетирования.

Обогащение практик воспитания школьников происходит за счет заимствования и переформатирования социальных технологий. Одной из таких технологий является партисипаторное (участвующее) бюджетирование. Возникшая в 80-х гг. прошлого века в Бразилии, уже в начале нового тысячелетия эта технология была адаптирована для общеобразовательных организаций сначала во Франции, а потом в ряде европейских, американских и азиатских государств. Научно-исследовательский финансовый институт Минфина РФ занимается переформатированием технологии, получившей название школьное инициативное бюджетирование, в технологию воспитания.

Abstract: The enrichment of the practices of educating schoolchildren is due to the borrowing and reformatting of social technologies. One of these technologies is participatory budgeting. Originated in the 80s of the last century in Brazil, already at the beginning of the new millennium, this technology was adapted for educational organizations, first in France, and then in a number of European, American and Asian states. The Research Financial Institute of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is engaged in reformatting the technology, called school initiative budgeting, into the technology of education.
