Abstract: The article is an analysis and description of the experience of managing a large educational complex in the city of Moscow. The material introduces the problems, risks and ways to solve a non-trivial and new task for education management — the integration of heterogeneous educational organizations into a single and flexible system, the design of the future development of this system.
