Социально-образовательное сетевое взаимодействие детей и молодёжи Арктики
Дефицит молодых кадров в оленеводстве. Создание условий для профессионального самоопределения детей и молодёжи в оленеводстве в агротехнологической школе Республики Саха (Якутия).
Современная ситуация, связанная с острым дефицитом молодых кадров в оленеводстве — традиционном виде хозяйственной деятельности коренных малочисленных народов — обусловливает поиск путей восполнения трудовых ресурсов за счёт создания социально-образовательного сетевого взаимодействия в Арктике. Статья посвящена теме создания условий для профессионального самоопределения детей и молодёжи в оленеводстве в агротехнологической школе Республики Саха (Якутия).

Abstract: The current situation associated with an acute shortage of young personnel in reindeer husbandry — a traditional form of economic activity of indigenous peoples — determines the search for ways to replenish labor resources through the creation of social and educational networking in the Arctic. The article is devoted to the topic of creating conditions for professional self-determination of children and youth in reindeer husbandry at the agrotechnological school of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
