Возможности общешкольного проекта в формировании организационной готовности к изменениям на примере проекта «Человек читающий». Особенности работы с педагогами, учащимися, социальными партнёрами, родителями на разных этапах его реализации. Достоинства проекта и перспективы его дальнейшего развития.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of forming organizational readiness for changes in an educational organization. The authors consider the possibilities of a school-wide project in the formation of the OGI on the example of the «Reading Person» project, reveal the features of working with teachers, students, social partners, parents at different stages of its implementation.
