Resources For The Acquisition Of Childhood Safety

Vera V. Abramenkova, Doctor of psychological sciences, member of International academy of sciences of pedagogical education, chief researcher of the Institute for the study of childhood, family and education of Russian Academy of Education

Abstract: For the first time, as a way to ensure the safe development of childhood, the resource of the child himself is considered as a full-fledged subject of his own life activity; the author provides examples of child resilience, heroism, righteousness, holiness in the history of culture and in modern times as arguments for the «strength of the child». The degree of extremity in the world today requires the development of a typology, the search for algorithms for adequate behavior and motivation of a child to get out of a dangerous situation and gain a sense of security. Socio-psychological analysis of actions, behavior, survival of children in dangerous (extreme) situations and scientific understanding of this reality will allow every adult to find means of protection and every child to discover their own resource for safe development in the modern world.

Keywords: safe development, resource, extreme situation, risks, survival, resilience, spirituality, agiological psychology, child heroism, child holiness.
