Paleopedagogy — The Science Of Ancient Man’s Education

Abstract: Based on the analysis of data on ancient types of people, their specific forms of education and pedagogical functions are determined. The author raises the question of creating a new science — paleopedagogy. The relevance of this scientific discipline is to clarify the underlying causes of education among ancient people, its pedagogical foundations. The basic concepts of paleo pedagogy, its object and subject, functions, tasks are presented. Pedagogical forms and methods used by ancient people are revealed.
