Trainings As A Form Of Professional Support For Teachers Of Religious Communities Of The Russian Orthodox Church

Abstract: The article describes the experience of conducting training sessions for teachers of religious communities of the Russian Orthodox Church, which were organized as part of the church — wide project for the development of parish care for children (autumn 2018 — spring 2019). The goals of organizing and conducting parish trainings (educational, coordination and management, pedagogical) and their features are outlined, some of the basic game exercises and the main results of their passage are considered, the results of the training are presented.
