For The Teacher To Come... On The Issue Of The Implementation Of The President’s Program «Zemsky Teacher»

Abstract: In «Uchitelskaya Gazeta» No. 21 of May 26, 2020, an article was published by Academician of the Russian Academy of Education, Chief Researcher of the FIRO RANEPA A.M. Tsirulnikova «A million will not help. The President’s program “Zemsky Teacher” requires serious and urgent substantive adjustments». A rigorous analysis of the situation in which rural schools, villages and small towns of Russia find themselves, the inconsistency of the policy of consolidation of rural schools with the trends of world practice, meaningful pedagogical, socio-psychological, socio-economic insecurity of the Presidential program «Zemsky Teacher», constructive proposals of the author and the program formulated by him actions caused a wide public outcry.
