Abstract. The essence of the concept of «All-Russian Verification Work». Methodological recommendations of Rosobrnadzor for conducting the VPR. The question of the legality of their holding. VPR as an «innovative» method of control, carried out with a gross violation of the law, to the detriment of the implementation of educational programs.
