Teacher Energy: Predisposition And Experience In Pedagogical Activity

Abstract: The article describes the role of predisposition and experience in the teaching profession. And at the same time, what is the significance of energy in the interaction of the teacher with the class: it is also called professional charisma, which is necessary in every case. The situations of several classes are shown, when it was the teacher's energy that helped overcome communication crises, adjusted the class to the perception of the material, and helped the teacher to gain the status of a communicative leader. Specific recommendations are given for achieving the business mood of the class, for involving it in the atmosphere of the lesson, for mastering the qualities of a charismatic professional.
